Relikt (“we”, “the service”, available at relikt.pro) turns your own computers, phones and flash drives into one personal cloud. Your files are stored on your own devices, not on our servers. This policy explains what data we process and why.

1. Data we collect

• Account: when you sign in with Google we receive your name, email address and profile picture. We use them only to identify your account.
• File index: names, sizes, dates and folder structure of the files you add, and which of your devices stores each file. The file contents stay on your devices; our server only relays them when you open, copy or back up a file.
• Devices: device names, free space and online status, so the service can decide where to store new files.
• Mail (optional): if you connect a mailbox, we store your app password encrypted (AES-256-GCM) to show your mail in Relikt. Messages are read from your mail provider on request and are not stored by us.
• Passwords (optional): saved passwords are encrypted in your browser (AES-256) and stored as a hidden file on your own devices.
• Sign-in keys (optional): if you enable Face ID / Touch ID sign-in, we store only the public key of the passkey. Your face and fingerprint never leave your device.

2. Google user data (Google Drive and Google Photos backups)

Backups to Google are optional and start only after you connect them and grant permission on Google’s consent screen.

• Google Drive (drive.file scope): Relikt creates a folder named “Relikt” in your Drive and uploads copies of your Relikt files there. With this scope Relikt can access only the files it created; it cannot see or read any other files in your Drive.
• Google Photos (photoslibrary.appendonly scope): Relikt uploads your photos and videos to an album named “Relikt”. This scope only allows adding items; Relikt cannot view, download, edit or delete any of your existing photos.
• Email address (openid email): shown in Relikt so you know which Google account the backup goes to.

We store the OAuth refresh token encrypted on our server only to continue your backups (every 6 hours, only new and changed files). Files are streamed directly from your device to Google and are not stored on our servers.

Limited Use. Relikt’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not use Google user data for advertising, do not sell it, do not transfer it to third parties, and do not use it to train AI or machine-learning models. No human at Relikt reads your Google data.

3. How we use data

Only to provide the service you asked for: store and open your files, show your devices and mail, and perform backups you enabled. We do not show ads and do not sell or share personal data.

4. Storage and security

All connections use HTTPS. Files on your devices are encrypted (AES-256). Mail app passwords and Google tokens are encrypted on the server. Our server is hosted by Railway.

5. Your control and deletion

• Disconnect Google Drive / Google Photos at any time on the “Backups” page in Relikt — the token is deleted immediately. You can also revoke access at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Files already copied to your Google account remain yours.
• Remove devices, mailboxes and sign-in keys at any time in the app.
• To delete your account and all associated data, write to the email below — we delete it within 30 days.

Relikt is not intended for children under 13.

• Список файлов: названия, размеры, даты, папки и на каком устройстве лежит файл. Содержимое файлов остаётся на ваших устройствах; сервер лишь передаёт его, когда вы открываете, копируете или делаете резервную копию.
• Устройства: названия, свободное место и в сети ли они.
• Почта (по желанию): пароль приложения хранится зашифрованным; письма читаются у вашей почты по запросу и у нас не хранятся.
• Пароли (по желанию): шифруются в браузере и хранятся скрытым файлом на ваших устройствах.
• Вход по Face ID (по желанию): храним только открытый ключ; лицо и отпечаток не покидают устройство.

2. Данные Google (резервные копии)

Копии в Google включаются только вами. Google Drive (доступ drive.file): Relikt видит в вашем Drive только папку «Relikt» и файлы, которые сам туда положил. Google Photos (доступ photoslibrary.appendonly): Relikt может только добавлять фото и видео в альбом «Relikt» — смотреть, скачивать, менять или удалять ваши фото он не может. Ключ доступа Google хранится зашифрованным только для продолжения копий. Файлы идут прямо с вашего устройства в Google.

Использование данных, полученных через API Google, соответствует правилам Google API Services User Data Policy, включая требования Limited Use. Мы не используем их для рекламы, не продаём, не передаём третьим лицам и не обучаем на них ИИ.

3. Ваш контроль и удаление

Отключить Google Drive / Photos можно в любой момент на странице «Резервные копии» или на myaccount.google.com/permissions. Чтобы удалить аккаунт и все данные, напишите на r9430504@gmail.com — удалим в течение 30 дней.
