1. The service

Relikt lets you combine the storage of your own computers, phones and flash drives into one personal cloud and optionally back up your files to services such as Google Drive and Google Photos. The service is currently provided free of charge, as is, while in early access.

2. Your content

Your files remain yours. They are stored on your devices; you are responsible for having the rights to the content you store and for keeping your devices available. Relikt does not claim any ownership of your content.

3. Acceptable use

Do not use Relikt to store or distribute illegal content, to break into other people’s accounts or devices, or to overload or disrupt the service.

4. Backups and availability

Files are available only while the device that stores them is online. We do our best to keep the service reliable, but we cannot guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Keep important files backed up — for example with the built-in Google Drive / Google Photos backups.

5. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Relikt is not liable for loss of data or indirect damages arising from use of the service.

6. Ending the service

You can stop using Relikt at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Relikt объединяет место ваших компьютеров, телефонов и флэшек в одно облако и по желанию делает резервные копии в Google Drive и Google Photos. Сейчас сервис бесплатный и работает «как есть», в раннем доступе. Ваши файлы остаются вашими и хранятся на ваших устройствах. Не используйте Relikt для незаконного содержимого и для взлома чужих аккаунтов. Файлы доступны, пока включено устройство, на котором они лежат; храните резервные копии важного.
